Orwell Lady is available for private charter bookings.
Although Orwell Lady has a seating capacity of 118, it is recommended for private charter that the numbers of passengers are limited to around 65+ so that, in the event of inclement weather, the hirer and guests can be comfortably accommodated under cover in the main saloon and to allow greater freedom to to move from one deck to another.

On Board Catering
For private functions food is supplied to customers order by one of Orwell River Cruises' approved vessel caterers. We regret that passengers are not permitted to bring their own food or drink on board, or to use the bar facilities for the purpose of serving their own drinks. Sample menu's from caterers will be sent on request to those wishing more information together with contact details for you to discuss and order your choice of food.
Music
There is also the option of having music aboard, whether a disco, or a small band. Whilst we can assist in this regard, if you wish to arrange your own music this must be approved by Orwell River Cruises Ltd. Both the Caterer's and music suppliers are permitted to board early to set up, but must obtain permission from Orwell River Cruises Ltd. beforehand.
Bookings
Advanced booking is recommended by telephoning first to ascertain availability, and then by forwarding completed forms together with a deposit of 50% to secure the booking. The balance must be paid at least fourteen working days prior to the date of the trip. We regret that boat trips will not commence unless full payment has been received within this period.
